Tai Chi Parkinson Tai Chi , a treasure of traditional Chinese martial arts, is rich in cultural heritage and health care knowledge. As a Tai Chi instructor, I am accompanying Tai Chi day after day and deeply feel its many benefits. Now, I will discuss with you the relevant matters related to Tai Chi teaching.

A connection with Taiji

When I was a child, I became associated with Tai Chi. In the park, those old people practice Tai Chi, their movements are gentle and firm, containing power and beauty, which makes me fall in love with them at first sight. So, I decided to embark on the journey of learning Tai Chi. Over the years, I have delved into the techniques and theories of Tai Chi, participated in various competitions and exchanges, striving to improve my skills, and at the same time accumulated rich teaching experience.

First teaching experience

I chose to be a Tai Chi coach, and I was filled with excitement and uneasiness. As soon as I started teaching, I faced the students' expectant eyes and tried my best to explain and demonstrate every move. During the teaching process, I encountered many challenges, such as some students have poor understanding and slow learning progress. However, I felt very relieved and satisfied when I saw them gradually mastering the key points of the movements under my guidance and making progress.

Enrich course content

As teaching experience gradually increases, I gradually expand the course content. While teaching basic moves, I also added the explanation of Tai Chi culture so that students can understand the philosophical concepts contained in Tai Chi. I have formulated an exclusive teaching plan for the students’ age, health status and learning and practice goals. For older students, I focus more on health guidance; for younger students, I focus on improving their fighting skills.

Witness the growth of students

What I am most proud of is to see the students grow step by step with my own eyes. There is a student who is relatively weak. After a period of exercise , his physical condition has improved significantly and his mental outlook has become positive. There is also a friend in the workplace who used to be stressed and anxious, but after practicing Tai Chi, his mood became much more peaceful. Seeing them gaining health and happiness in Tai Chi practice, I feel that our efforts are worth it.

Future Outlook

I hope to give more people the opportunity to understand and fall in love with Tai Chi. To this end, I plan to offer online courses so that those who cannot take physical classes can also have the opportunity to learn. At the same time, I will continue to improve my teaching ability and explore new teaching methods, with the goal of cultivating more outstanding Tai Chi enthusiasts.
